At the turn of the 20^th Century, the Gilster Milling Company milled and distributed its Mother’s Joy brand of flour throughout the Midwestern and Southern United States .  Our employees then were proud to provide wholesome, high quality flour to families.  Now, 100 years later, the Mother’s Joy brand is once again the mark of wholesome, high quality products.

Gilster-Mary Lee is proud to reintroduce Mother’s Joy, our line of Organic and Natural products.  Our Organic products meet all USDA Organic requirements and are certified by Quality Assurance International.   Organic products are also available in private label formulations as well.
